Club Information
The primary function of East Carolina Couples is monthly Saturday night parties and socials throughout the year, and afternoon pool parties during the warmer summer months. Additionally, the club sonsors events such as house parties, camping trips, resort trips and club crawls.
In addition to listing party events here, members are encouraged to register for parties on SwingLifeStyle.com for our events.
Memberships
At ECC there is no charge to be a member. It's FREE! However, we do require members complete an Agreement and Acknowledgement form, present a valid picture ID and be 21 years of age or older.
We do not release any of this information for any reason ... including giving out member information to other members.
Club Information
Reservations
Reservations are recomended and should be made on the web site under Register above. For most events, it's a good idea to register on our event page at SwingLifestyle.com.
For evening socials, we typically hold early registration from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Newcommers are required to go thorugh a short orientation whcih starts at 6:30 p.m. at the lobby of the club room.
Dress Code
People wear everything from casual dress to club wear at our evening social events; and we host many theme-based socials that will give you some ideas. Always remember at this is an opportunity to impress the rest!
Conduct
All local, state and federal laws will be followed at all times. Obnoxious, rude or drunken behavior will not be tolerated at any time. Always use the proper etiquettte and be polite. "No" menas "No." It is your responsibility to respect your hotel room, hotel staff, club areas and other club members. If you break it, you fix it or your buy it. Refusal to follow any of these rules is grounds for removal and being expelled from the club.
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate that things come up in people's lives, but it takes a lot to put on an event of this caliber. Therefore, we have to have 48 hours notice to provide a full refund. If you need to cancel prior to that time contact us for a refund.
